I’m making this webpage to archive all the things (mostly recipes) I want to try.  In the past, I have relied on just bookmarking pages, but I can’t go back through those and sort or search or do anything useful.  Also, I adjust recipes a lot, and I want to be able to remember what I changed.  The vast majority of these recipes will be from other websites, which I will credit and link to appropriately.  This is really just for me to keep track of these things.  I’m surprised you’re even reading this.

BTW, if someone else is reading this, there are a lot of foods I don’t particularly like, so I will adjust the recipes to remove the following.  If you like the following, just go to the original recipe and don’t mess with my “adjusted” version.

“BAD” foods (according to yours truly):

  • cheese (I might eat a little, sometimes, but gobs of it are disgusting)
  • cilantro (the devil’s weed)
  • olives
  • capers
  • dill
  • tomatoes (sometimes)
  • mushrooms
  • SPICY FOOD (I’m the biggest spicy-food-wimp in the history of the world)

As for “gluten-free” and “fructose-free” labels, my mom doesn’t eat gluten and my best friend suffers from fructose malabsorption, so I like to keep track of recipes to make when they’re visiting. 😀
